When you use Talia's voice interview feature, we process audio recordings to generate transcripts and feedback. We also collect usage data (e.g., interview sessions completed, scores, badges earned) to improve the service and power your dashboard.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to deliver and improve Talia — generating personalized interview feedback, tailoring CV suggestions, issuing verifiable badges, and communicating product updates. We do not sell your personal data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research and model improvement.
3. Audio and transcripts
Voice interview recordings and transcripts are processed securely. Transcripts are retained so you can review your performance history. Raw audio is retained for a limited period to support quality assurance and dispute resolution, then deleted automatically. You can request deletion of your transcripts at any time.
4. Data sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate Talia — for example, cloud hosting providers and analytics services — all under strict confidentiality agreements. Verifiable badges you choose to share are public by design and include only the information you elect to display.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we take every reasonable precaution, no online service is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials private.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request full deletion by contacting us. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how Talia is used, but you can disable these through your browser settings.
